Data Deletion & Account Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request

Send an email to support@viblysoftware.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including your registered username or user ID.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete your profile information, usage history, and any stored personal identifiers from our active systems.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

5. Data We May Retain

Some transaction records may be retained as required by applicable financial or tax regulations, even after account deletion.

6. Irreversibility

Once processed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, including forfeiture of any unredeemed reward balance.
