1. Earning Rewards
Rewards are earned by completing tasks such as playing games, watching videos, completing surveys, and referring friends within our apps.
2. Minimum Payout Threshold
Each app has a minimum balance required before you can request a withdrawal. This threshold is displayed within the app.
3. Redemption Methods
Rewards can be redeemed via UPI transfer, Amazon Pay vouchers, or other gift cards as listed in the app's redemption section.
4. Processing Time
Most redemptions are processed instantly. In rare cases, manual review may take up to 48 hours.
5. Reward Validity
Unclaimed rewards may expire after 180 days of account inactivity. We recommend redeeming regularly.
6. Disputes
If you believe a reward was incorrectly credited or withheld, contact support@viblysoftware.com with your account details.
