Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free-to-Play Apps

All ViblySoftware apps are free to download and play. We do not charge users for access to core features.

2. In-App Purchases

If an app offers optional in-app purchases, those transactions are processed through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

3. Reward Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reverse a reward if it was issued due to a technical error, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Fair Usage Policy.
